The below handling instructions must be followed.

(1) Keep machines in a dry place

(2) Do not drop the machine or put heavy things on it.

(3) Please confirm if the voltage is correct or not before operation

(4) Please pull out the power cord by the plug [not the cord] after use or cleansing

(5) Do not use wet cloth to wipe the panel

(6) Apply GEL on body while using the machine

(7) During use probe must be kept moving on the gel covered skin to avoid burns.

(8) Use wet cloth or cotton with alcohol to clean the accessories after use

No goods will be accepted for return for change of mind.

If parcels arrive with external damage do not accept receipt of the parcel from the courier / post office personnel.

Email notification with photos must be received by us within 24hrs of delivery of parcels that are received with damage to Items so we can arrange replacement.

Subject  to inspection there is 12 months repair warranty for manufacturing faults on RF machines. Customer pays for shipping back to suppliers (China).

1. 2-3mm layer of gel must be applied before use and the wand must be kept moving so as not to burn the skin.

2. Do not touch the end of the probe without gel while the machine is switched on.

We do not accept returns except where goods are found to be damaged on delivery. Please do not accept goods if parcel is damaged as we cannot be liable for refund in this circumstance.See information under 'Warranty / Damaged goods."

Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled or modified. No returns or refunds are given for change of mind.

We do not offer credit options for purchase other than through the payment systems offered at checkout.

In the rare case where we have extended credit to a customer and we have not received payment for the invoice issued, the amount owing will be taken from the next payment received for any future orders and such orders will not be processed until the amount owed both for those products and the previous debt incurred have been paid in full.

Some items, such as probiotics, depending on their nature, may not be shipped on Fridays or the day prior to any other Public holiday (unless in Sydney metropolitan area) to avoid them sitting in a courier depot over the weekend.

Although gst is not charged on our products:-

If due to change in GST laws in Australia there is any payment due directly linked to import of goods, the customer must bear any associated cost.
